Amazing stay with small children. No faults to mention. Only very small downside was they didn’t offer bed guards for the kids as the beds were quite high. Other than that, clean safe space and we all enjoyed it and would stay again.

Everything was great except the bed which was a zip lock bed but the dip in the middle was really comfortable which kept us awake most of the night and the pillows were also uncomfortable and was unaware of any pillow menus

Overall, it was a nice hotel and room although a little expensive. However there was no lock on bathroom door and there was no hook for hand towel. There was also no hair conditioner in the bottle. Mattress seemed a little old (lumpy) but pillows were very nice and comfy. Hotel was in a good location with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Rooms excellent. Noted windows permanenty closed. No fresh air. Evening menu could have included more variety in choice. Excellent breakfast. Gin brands. No gordons which is what I like. (not important) No complimentary water in room. Good parking and access to hotel. Not free.

The lounge, bar and room were great. For a business hotel it was surprising that the WiFi required £12-£16 per day for use, despite being a Marriott member. Apparently it should have been free but the option wasn’t available from room 711.

Location perfect, but absolutly the worst hotel ever from a booking process point of view. After many years of yearly returning stays not sure this hotel will be the best option for next year.
