「Very friendly and helpful staff,nice location,nice and quiet」

「Our stay at this property, was a bit poor. The room was fairly clean, the pillowcase on one side of the bed was marked a bit yellowy, the bed looked comfortable, but when actually laid on it, it was very hard could not sleep and the other rooms were very noisy. Kept hearing people walking about late at night. We left at 5.30am on Wednesday morning.」

「Everything about this accommodation is excellent and great value. I can’t fault a thing. The staff were exceptional. They were cheerful, polite and very welcoming.」

「The family room was a good size and clean unfortunately the double bed had a dreadful squeak at every movement! However for one nights stay it was absolutely fine. I needed to wash and sterilise some baby bottles and despite it being 10pm the staff were very helpful and came back to give me access to the kitchen and microwave ( which again was very clean and tidy) we left too early for breakfast but I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for an overnight stop」

「The view is wonderful, but I felt a little uncomfortable there - narrow corridors, unused sections of the hotel, doors without a peephole, relative isolation from the reception as no phone and quite a distance. The receptionist knocked on my door at 2.30am demanding I come out to discuss noise in the block. She thought it was from my room. I refused as it was not me. Apparently there was noise the next evening, but I slept through it.」

「The location was fantastic but the check-in process was complicated. The instructions to enter the property were incomplete. You had to hold your hand over the handle for the numbers to appear before you could put a code in.」

「No staff available and rooms not ready on arrival, very confusing check in, basement room with hardly any light, overall terrible!」

「Different kind of stay- think upmarket Airbnb but as a hotel. No staff on site- (although there was when we checked in as the house keeper and the owner appeared to be doing some maintenance). So all done by email- you get a code to access the doors. Our room was ready at 1pm- so it's an early check in which is good. Room was tidy and clean. Stayed in family room 5- has a double bed and a single bed. Things to improve -The soap dispenser fires the soap out all over you as it's mounted very...
