"We stayed in the Filbert Pod in November 2025 for a nearby family event and can’t fault it at all - the pod was clean, comfortable and warm during the cold snap, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet location - and that’s before mentioning the excellent hot tub! The A27 is in easy reach if travelling by car, and there are frequent buses only 5 minutes walk away to Yapton village centre going in the directions of Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. "Really excellent holiday park and a pleasure to find somewhere close to Portsmouth and the Witterings that is open year round. Staff were all really nice to deal with and despite us choosing the budget option, the cabin was easily the best we've stayed in on a British site. Grounds and facilities were well maintained and our only complaint would be that they didn't have availability for us to stay longer!"
