After a poor start we were given a nice room overlooking the sea only downside ther is a pub directly at the back of the property bit noisy at times the outside at the moment is shabby looking .we didnt have room service as it was five pounds per day the pricepoint was ok for what you got.needs alot of updating carpets really shabby need replacing management helpful except we requested clean towels there where two in the room we finally got them on thursday we also paid fifty pounds as a bond against damages we havent received that back all in all not a very good stay very basic and sometimes the water was hot sometimes not wouldnt stay again

Amazing view out to sea from my room which was just across the beach. I've stayed at the property a few times now, each time in different rooms, and I've always been happy with my experience and consider it good value for the price. Yes, the property is in need of an external facelift and some of the common parts e.g. stairway carpets are due replacing but it's evident works are going on and the rooms I've stayed have been modernised, clean and the showers are fab.

Great value for money. I've stayed in two rooms now - 1 small single and 1 double room. Both were clean with modern furnishings giving them an clean, open feel. The floor - not carpeted (a bonus IMHO) - was clean and hygienic. The Shower in both rooms was FABULOUS! Don't be put off by the exterior, which is in need of refreshing, this accommodation is very good value for money and ideally situated for access to the beach, shops and town centre etc.

Lets start from the least. When I first entered the property I was a bit confused. The Hotel looked quite old from outside and I doubted myself and my choice. The tiny lift added even more doubt. But corridor looked very tidy and neat that was a sigh of relief. But the acual surprise was waiting still. Codes for room received within minutes, digital lock gave a hint. Once open the room I was stunned with the view, spacious room and toilet. The room was well prepared for the arrival. Needed nothing but a hot coffe in hand facing sea with homely atmosphere to relieve the tiredness after a long journey which I would say the provideder was 100% to accomplish with. The room and toilet were well maintained, set up to welcome the guests. I barely met the staff but I have to say when ever I met them they went above and beyound to help. Very close to local amnities which was even beneficial. Near by restaurents were affordable and added good taste to the stay. Especially "Best pizza" as the name indicates provided the best pizza experience I ever had. Overall excellent value for money and a pleasure stay if you are some one looking for an affordable but good holiday spot. I have no complaints or dislikes apart from the hotel exterior which had no impact on my stay at all. I highly recommend this property to stay (I would go again for sure in future) if you are someone who "doesnt judge a book by its cover"

Ahmed was so helpful and friendly. Took us to our two beautiful, spotless double rooms with breathtaking views of the sea! Lovely comfortable beds,nice showers in both rooms.Tea and coffee available in our rooms.Alltogether,a lovely stay and we will go back soon.Thankyou so much! X
