Clearly undergoing a much needed refurb but the staff were all great and helpful and the location is first class. I was able to park right outside for my entire stay.

It was fine for my single booking, way cheaper than the premier inn - it was quiet - good position- shower - toilet and bed all fine - you won’t get luxury but you will get good value

"I stayed in a single room here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was lovely, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. The location is perfect, being so near to the beach, and everything was up to the mark according to the price I paid. I would definitely stay here again!"

Beautiful property, staff were friendly and very help! A bit of a march to Brighton but worth it. Very cost effective!! Also If you fancy an outstanding brekky, an so not want to walk far, go to Oeuf cafe, two doors down towards the sea, worth every penny.

Nice, clean hotel with a comfortable bed and a good-sized room. The small balcony with a sea view was a nice bonus. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for the price—would stay again.

What I like: Both room and bathroom is very large and spacious. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the beach that can be seen from the balcony, A nice balcony to sit outside at night, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by. Within walking distance to train station, Hove and Brighton beach, grocery stores, hotels and cafes. Nice helpful staff. What I didn’t like: Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and so did the pillows.

"Five stars for the team here! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I was so impressed by how clean and comfortable my single room was—it was very lovely, spacious, and perfect for my stay.The location is brilliant as it is so near to the beach, making it very easy to get to the seafront. Everything was exactly up to the mark for the price I paid. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!"

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Carpets and curtains were dated and worn but the friendliness and helpfulness of staff was good. The hotel provided clean sheets and towels and information about local entertainment and shops. Parking was an extra cost of £9.50 for 24 hours which was good for Brighton. Would need more information about how to use shower and TV. Great location for the beach, pier and entertainment. Good value overall.

The best thing I can say about this place is that the staff memberqho greeted me was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. That said, I was very tired after a very full day, so I probably could have fallen asleep on concrete. The room was grimy and shabby. It didn't look like it had been cleaned particularly well. Surfaces were wiped, but I don't think the carpet had been hoovered. I won't be staying there again.
