We were in town for UT graduation, and the location could not have been better for access to the restaurants and shopping on and around South Congress. The house itself is very clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed, and the owners are hospitable and responsive. It was a five-star stay on its own merits, but if I could, I would give it two extra stars simply for its proximity to Matt's El Rancho!」

「We stayed in Austin for Memorial Day weekend in 2025. The property is very clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the deck around the house is a great place to hang out. The house is not a large one and the third bedroom is more of a couch area than we thought it was going to be. Also, the pictures online are not visible from the house. Go for comfort and cleanliness but don't expect a view. The owner was very very accommodating and I would stay here...

「overall, the place is great. For more than eight people the property was a little tight. One full bathroom short when there are that many people staying. It was a hot weekend and air conditioning could not keep up. But location is great and access to restaurants is wonderful.」
