"We had dinner and it was really good. We had coffee and a small breakfast in the cafe downstairs and it was ok at best. Nice staff, but I wouldn’t recommend. "

"The property management and security allowed a drunken wedding party to endanger children on the floating dock, knocking one off and hitting her head. Also, allowed for them to physically assault a man, and verbally threaten a woman’s life. Hilton failed to remove the guest and provide a safe environment. "

"Location of hotel is excellent and staff were very helpful in a very late check in (3 am). Food poolside was nothing special (fries and sliders), pool was not too crowded but definitely on the smaller size. Didnt get to go to the beach site so cannot review"

"We stayed for two nights with kids. The hotel has many fun activities for the whole family. The staff is so friendly (Housekeeping, front desk, pool staff, and etc! All very friendly) We did a cabana on our pool day, and our server Gabriel was awesome. Very attentive and allowed us to have separate bills. He was very patient and kind to the kids in our group. A+ Service from Gabriel. Our only pool complaint would be that there is not enough seating to accommodate all the guests. We really had no choice but to do a cabana as there were zero chairs available. We were lucky to snag the last cabana which is smaller and less private than the others. The location was great. We didn't realize it was comic con at the convention center that weekend, so the traffic was really bad on Saturday but the non-event days were fine. I love that this hotel allows walking distance to T-Mobile district which is fun for kids and adults. They also have a shuttle to OSJ, I didn't get to use it so I can't review it. But it was nice that it was an option. I'd stay here again. "

"Only issue is that there was major construction happening in front of the hotel, blocking the entrance for cars and creating loud noises during the day. I would likely have chosen another hotel knowing this information beforehand."

"Our room was not ready by 3pm. The woman at the front desk told us to give her three minutes to finish up receipts she was working on and never communicated with us on how long it would take for our room to be ready. We sat there for an additional half an hour while she ignored us and never updated us about anything. She acted as if we were not even there. The room and hotel is old and there was no body wash in the dispenser so we had to use shampoo to wash with. Not worth the $200+ price tag we paid for a one night stay."
