If you want beautiful views this place is not for you. If you want to be in a true neighborhood with friendly people everywhere this is for you. We will definitely be back. "We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). "Great base camp in Sayulita for a few days or a month. Easy walk to town, but be prepared for the last little steep climb up to the house. It was awesome waking up to the sounds of birds and watching the thunder storm from the patio was amazing! Kevin is an a fantastic host and gave us a golf cart tour of the Pueblo mágico pointing out his favorite spots. "
