"This is a well managed and cared for property. It’s an older building, but it’s cared for. It offers a great vibe and the hotel staff and cafe staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but provide you with the necessities and the beds are comfy with lots of pillows. The property is not close to any relevant beaches or attractions, but It is right of the I-5 and it has the transit train station a block away. I’d stay at the rambler again without thinking twice. "

"For the age of the Motel, it’s wasn’t bad. The floor was sticky and looked clean but wasn’t. The shower constantly dripped. The TV was hard to navigate, because the language or sit in Spanish. But over all not a bad place for what we needed for our stay. A place to take a shower and to rest our bodies from a long weekend at the Steak 51 car show car.. "

"Pro: cute and clean updated motel room. Outdoor garden spaces to relax. Nice location in Coronado. Con: Room 11 bed was uncomfortable. The shower drained painfully slow. Walls were thin; I could hear a person’s phone conversation next door through the wall - at 6:30 a.m.! Also, finding a place to park is challenging if the motel’s five spots are taken."
