「ホテル内は清潔でお部屋も広々としていて過ごしやすかった。 立地もよく、また泊まりたいと思いました。」

「Our room was large, well appointed, and had a nice balcony. Located on Shelter Island, it was an easy drive to downtown, and up North along the coast. There's good food, snack, and drinks also within a short drive. Dining and music are within walkable distance. Our room was clean and all appliance were good working order. When I booked, I was, at first disappointed at the extra cost, but that disappointment was quickly dispelled by convenience of the underground garage and its easy acessibility.」

「Stunning hotel, I could have stayed there all day looking at every little design detail. 」

「このホテルは電話が通じず緊急連絡方法がない。全てショートメールを送るシステムで、そのショートメールも通信状況が悪くてなかなか送れない。ルームサービスを頼むこともできず、翌日は清掃がされていなかったがショートメールでタオルをもらうことくらいしか対応してもらえない。ベイビューの部屋は２Fだがエレベータ無し、ベルもいないので重い荷物を自分で運ぶ。快適とは言い難い。」

「12月だったが、温水のジャグジーは夜も使えて、ジャグジーに入って、自室のシャワーを浴び、日本のお風呂と変わらないような生活で疲れも取れて良かった。朝のコーヒーサービスや、日中のレモンやオレンジの風味が付いた水のサービスも良かった。受付の人は親切だったし、清掃も行き届いていた。」

「浴室前の床が（恐らく、浴室からの漏水）でべちょべちょ、デスク周りに電源がなくPCの充電もできず、大変不便だった。残念。」
