We arrived after a number of travel fiascos, and we're greeted by the super friendly front desk staff. They allowed us early access to our room as we had a ton of luggage, which was a lifesaver! The building is older, but has had renos, and you can tell the staff do their best with maintenence and cleaning, you see them working all day long and they were happy to accommodate any requests. The pool area was also great, lots of chairs, tables, and places to hangout around the pool and hot tub. Lots of free parking. Would 100% stay here again.

Main desk was polite and helpful. The room is good, our room has a broken shower curtain rod. It seems like it's been like that for a while. The floor around the tub is soft and water damaged. Besides that the place was good to stay and local to plenty of activities.

The towels are pretty thin, very little bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Ice maker was at the lobby instead closer to the room. The price was excellent, safe and clean facility. Families were enjoying themselves at the swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with, excellent customer service.

Very old, worm and dirty. There was a dead ant on the bed, stains on the sheets, and the whole room was just old. Not well maintained. The staff was nice and the price was cheap.. but I absolutely will not be coming back.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We had a wedding to attend downtown San Diego and could not have found a better location or price. The parking is also a huge bonus as parking downtown San Diego, whether staying in a hotel or just driving into downtown to park for a few hours, is extremely expensive. The hotel is very convenient to nearby eating options, located just on the other side of the freeway, just a few minutes away. The only thing we would have changed would have been to request an upstairs room. The walls are thin and the person above us was walking to who-knows-where. A ton of walking and footsteps for a hotel room, that's for sure, for an extended period of time. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again if we need a place to stay in San Diego.
