The first two nights they didn’t have our room that we reserved on hotel.com. Then we went to the front desk and asked for the amenities we were supposed to have and for some reason they showed us in a different room which was to be the room we were supposed to be in the first day. So there was that. The hotel staff were all great.
This is the room we were moved to and we’re supposed to be in since the first day.
