"We stayed here for a second time, both times prior to a cruise. The cruise port is literally immediately across the street. Only a couple minute walk. The hotel was nice, but not fancy. The buildings themselves seem a little tired, but nothing really to complain about. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "

"Rooms are just fine, but the property itself is absolutely amazing! Palm trees of all sizes and varieties are everywhere, making you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. "

"Hotel room was super dirty, the bathroom tub looked like it had not been cleaned. We tried calling down to the lobby but no one answers the phone. So I had to go down and talk to someone. They offered me another room next door and I went to check that one and the restroom was dirty. Normally I am not that picky but we had a baby traveling with us. So we stayed in our original room. We laid towels on the shower and the next day during cleaning we came back after they were done and those towels weren’t even removed so we knew once again those showers were not being cleaned. Staff was also very rude and short, they seemed like they didn’t even want to help clients. Overall bad experience "

"While the hotel was convenient and clean, our room did not have a window that opened. Not even a crack. That was a little strange since the room smelled of cleaner. Which is good to know it was clean but we would’ve like some fresh air, even a little. The mini fridge was great and so was the view. The sheets were not cotton, so that was a little uncomfortable. The doorman/valet was especially nice! We also received complimentary bottles of water and it was cute seeing dogs around. Would stay here again in a pinch but it is just not my first choice. "

"This place was lovely and very kid friendly. Our daughter loved the pool and had a blast. There were a few things that caught me off guard though: 1. The facility is also a timeshare place and they were pushing this option. 2. There were a lot of homeless people living on the surrounding streets including a few buildings that had been burned out around us. It was unexpected. "
