Pros: Super friendly staff, really nice area, easy access to the train station, movies on-demand are free, free wifi. Cons: For Club Rooms, the mini-bar should be free of charge. I will definitely come back!

Staff was amazing

The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. Massive room, had lots of extras made it comfortable, in-room breakfast served. With spa bath, lots amenities, late check. Staff ordered taxi able to get train station. I was solo traveler and it was great place to stay. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Our stay in Hotel Nikko is superb. The location has easy access to subway, airport limo pick-up, department stores, shops and restaurants.

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

The hotel is within walking distance from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station. The room is big and nice, and temperature can be controlled easily and turned on 24/7, you dont need to put your room key in a slot for electricity. They also have extension cord near the bed which is really convenient, and provide bottles of water every day. Loved this property and onsen! After spending the last two weeks walking all over Tokyo this was a wonderful way to relax! Part of the onsen is outside and overlooks the water. The harbor and Chinatown make it a great area to explore.

Everything at this hotel was spectacular! I can’t rave about every aspect of this hotel enough. The staff was very gracious. The king room was spacious and beautiful. And the views!! Amazing views of the city from our room, the reception area and the fantastic roof top bar. Plus, it’s in the heart of a high end shopping area on one side and a 10/15 block street mall on the other.

Great location, amazing views from the hotel, the rooms are decently sized, there is however a bit of musty smell of old smoke.. but still a great option in an unbeatable location

Loved the sweeping view from our room on the 46th floor. Have never stayed at a hotel with the quickest available elevators! The staff were very quick to provide service. The access to shopping is amazing and had to purchase another suitcase. The hotel was so convenient to return to the room to drop off packages and start all over again. Access to the subway was more than convenient as well as the access to three floors of dining options. There is even a museum on one of the lower floors.

Right next to Shin-osaka station. Really convenient. I could just drop off all the luggage and head off to the city. People were friendly and it was all great. I highly recommend to anyone.

Great location for Osaka. Many things are walkable and those that aren’t the train station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is great and rooms are good sized. The breakfast buffet is decent

Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

Staying here was very pleasant. After checking in, we reserved one of the private baths (Reservations are for 45 minutes, and one reservation can be made at a time,) and headed down to the town to walk around. The walk from the hotel to the station at the bottom/central area of town is about ten or fifteen minutes. I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train!
