Staying here was very pleasant. After checking in, we reserved one of the private baths (Reservations are for 45 minutes, and one reservation can be made at a time,) and headed down to the town to walk around. The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. Our stay at the Negiya Ryofukaku was nothing short of excellent. The staff were very professional and polite, accommodating both our very limited Japanese language skills and our request for a larger yukata (I'm apparently taller than the average guest). Massive room, had lots of extras made it comfortable, in-room breakfast served. With spa bath, lots amenities, late check. Staff ordered taxi able to get train station. I was solo traveler and it was great place to stay. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

Loved this property and onsen! After spending the last two weeks walking all over Tokyo this was a wonderful way to relax! Part of the onsen is outside and overlooks the water. The harbor and Chinatown make it a great area to explore.

The hotel is within walking distance from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station. The room is big and nice, and temperature can be controlled easily and turned on 24/7, you dont need to put your room key in a slot for electricity. They also have extension cord near the bed which is really convenient, and provide bottles of water every day. This hotel is the nearest one to USJ, just a few mins walk. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, and is also accessible to anywhere in Osaka. Highly recommended, as this is the only hotel with smoking rooms as well.

I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! Best of all locations we visited.

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

The room was clean and looked modern, the hotel was right next to the subway station, and the staff were EXTREMELY friendly.

Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!
