Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive
4/10 Poor
"El servicio al cliente de los meseros fue malo, ya que ellos no atendían a tienpo o se quejaban y lo hacían saber. El personal en varias ocaciones lo escuchamos discutiendo con otros empleados. La calidad de los jugos muy baja, sabia a jugos de sobres de colmados, en ls habitacion se le olvidó la toalla al momento de cambiar las sábanas."
"We came to this resort for our honeymoon and were sooo happy we did!! The location is great, amazing and pristine beach that is very well kept and it's not far from the airport! Considering the climate the property itself and the room were all well maintained and very clean. The only thing that made me hesitant before coming were the mixed opinions about the food but honestly... the food was GREAT! Neither me nor my hubby got a stomach bug or had issues with the food. I think people need to be more understanding that you're not going to get food that is authentically "american-ized" because IT'S NOT AMERICA and also expect to not like everything. We both discovered which foods in the buffet we liked and which restaurants we preferred and stuck with that, occasionally trying other stuff! It's an all-inclusive resort = don't be expecting 5 star Michelin lol but nonetheless the food is yum:) And the cooks and servers do a great job!!
The staff are so friendly and work really hard. I feel like if you go with a grateful attitude you will have a much more enjoyable experience because you will recognize all the work that goes into running a resort and appreciate how good of a job they do! It's not a party resort and if you are looking for everyday all day entertainment go somewhere else. This resort is very chill and laidback and if you are just looking to relax and lay by the pool or the beach then this the resort for you! Shout out to Andres aka Mr. Halifax, he's awesome!"
"The pools were beautiful and not over crowded. The beach was disappointing with seaweed. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Brandol answered any questions I had at anytime I asked. He took great care of us to make sure we had what we needed. We did have a problem with our first room with moisture on floors and our clothes got damp too. We were given another room and it worked out. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again in a different season when there is NO seaweed!!
Food was average with great variety"

"We loved this resort. My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and have to say, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it. The resort is very family friendly and the staff was always kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning."
"Gran variedad de restaurantes, eventos, bares. Opciones para todas las edades y todos los gustos. El servicio de mayordomo facilita toda la experiencia, Edward quien nos colaboró excelente servicio, muy buenas recomendaciones y se encargó que todo fuera perfecto. El paquete premium si se usan todos sus beneficios es una buena opción."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The rooms and balcony are huge and we received such a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival that we immediately felt at home. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from Punta Cana Airport, making our trip stress-free from the moment we landed.
The amenities exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pools, common areas, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. The food was truly spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options and outstanding service from the restaurant staff.
What made our experience even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We felt valued as guests and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation. We created beautiful memories here and are already looking forward to returning. This is definitely a place we will visit again in the future.”"
