Arrival & Parking
Parking: Enjoy free access to our private underground parking (spaces are unassigned). Street parking is also available.
Flexible Check-in/out: Early arrivals or late departures are subject to approval for a $25/hour fee.
Verification: For everyone’s safety, guests must provide a photo ID and complete verification via Know Your Guest before arrival. You’ll have the choice between a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (we recommend the waiver for peace of mind!).

🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
We love fur babies, but we do have a few rules to keep our home pristine:
Approval: Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. Cats are strictly prohibited.
Fees: A one-time $25 fee plus $10 per pet, per night.
Important: Pets must be declared before arrival. Unreported pets will incur a $100 penalty plus standard fees.
Furniture & Beds: Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or blankets. A fine of $50 per item (up to $250 for beds) will apply if pet hair or damage is found.
Safety & Yard: Please keep dogs on a leash when outside, use an ID/rabies tag at all times, and always clean up after your pet in the yard. No aggressive breeds, please.

Extremely disappointed

Right fromnthe beginning we had problems. The TV didn't work, the bed is not a queen (we are both tall and it was uncomfortable tonsleep) the description saysnits on 5th, when actually its more than a block and a half away. Thebroom has a microwave and coffee pot but they dont have any power or a way to plug them in. Room has a small refrigerator, but it was bot plugged in and i had to locate an outlet and drag cord to it. Vwry hard to get into unit, directions are terrible. We had to get desk help tongain access. Communications with host were terrible. After mutiple attempts, she stopped responding. I've had great stays with Airb&b, prettybsure this was my 1st with vrbo, based on this experience it may be my last. Unless you can do something, ill be contacting Visa and file a complaint to try and get a refund.
