「Only one elevator is available since it’s under construction. I wish somehow the hotel notified us that it was under renovation. Price of hotel stay was not even cheaper than any other hotel in that area. Just such a hassle and so much noise. Laundry was not also available to use. I had to go down to temporary front desk room to get extra towels since there is no phone number to call a front desk. Just disappointing over all…」

「The room was clean but smelled like human pee. The lamp shade was cracked up and the room felt very uncomfortable. I wish I had taken photos but I was pressed for time to get the bus to the airport. The manager was not polite and didn’t seem like a people’s person. I asked about storing a bag until I returned back to Fort Lauderdale because I had a five day trip for school out of town, I got a very cold NO answer from the manager who communicated through his staff. This was so disappointing and...

「スタッフも良かったし 綺麗にお掃除してありました 知ってはいましたが 廊下から話し声がかなり遅くなっても してました　わかっていたけど あまり遅くの時間だとね… 港までの送迎も時間通りだったし 空港からの送迎もあったみたい 利用できなかったけど 全般的に良かったです」
