「This hostel has a great location but wheat really ruined it for me was them changing the code to the entrance without informing me. I ended up being locked outside in the middle of the night for almost an hour, I was solo traveling so this did not feel safe. I was told by other travelers that they were also not informed and only a few people were notified. I had called the helpline and it took 6 different calls for them to finally pick up. The hostel itself was subpar, I stayed somewhere else...

「I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. 「The perfect place if you need to be close to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby. The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just one block from the beautiful beach. I will definitely return. Thank you Randall for making our stay unforgettable.」

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant was also a nice bonus—easy, convenient, and surprisingly good. It’s not a luxury stay, but that’s part of the charm. If you’re looking for a relaxed, no-fuss place with a great location and kind staff, this is an easy recommendation.」

「Cleanliness, air conditioning, amenities, outstanding, room size very generous. Great room rate. However, deadbolt lock on front door not operational. Deadbolt cylinder was missing. Water pressure was weak/ very low. Upon arrival for Check-in, had to wait outside for 5-7 minutes until the return of the front desk staff. No Parking. Took 30+, driving around to find parking, thus dragging luggage from three block away. Hard to attain a true level of comfort.」

「They messed up our booking reservation, we arrived on this property only to be told that we didn’t have a reservation when in fact I’ve been communicating with them about my expected time of arrival and even fill up their booking information online. Elias promised us to refund our uber and promised to give us 15% off our original booking payment but he didn’t response to my text when I followed up about it. 」

「The apartment was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was adjustable for each bedroom and living room, which was great!!! I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and you could hear the waves crashing in the shore. The area is very walkable and it is literally right across the street from the beach. There were two different restaurants and a supermarket within a couple blocks and more about a 1/2 mile down the beach...
