「This is our most favorite place to stay when in Monterey. A few things I was disappointed in, When I went to take a shower on our 1st day of the trip there was no shower gel in the container. It was completely empty. I had to call housekeeper but they brought a new container immediately. There were used tissues under the sink cabinet from previous guests. Family in the next room were very lound and the kids kept trying to open our adjoining door. Management did speak to them and no other...

「Good price and breakfast 4 night stay for bike festival@Laguna Seca. Good location close to shopping and restaurants. There is no bedmaking service, so I have to go to get a new towels. Front desk person was helpful and breakfast is good. The only one worst is....Someone has crawled and knock the rooms at 3AM in first morning.」

The only complaint was from my friend when he bought water from the vending machine and it charged him twice, when he reported to the manager, he didnt seem to care too much about it and told him to call the vending machine company….」

「We only stayed here for 1 night hand would definitely stay again. Loved that we had an outdoor patio but wish that area would have been a little more kept up. The property was very nice otherwise. The staff was not rude but compared to other hotels they were just not very friendly. They took care of their business without too many smiles.
