「It was very clean, staff were friendly, food was really good.」

「This was our first trip to the UK and first Premier Inn experience. The room was perfectly fine and the free parking and location was perfect to visit Ormskirk and Southport. The free internet was adequate for using maps and googling information for the trip. Did not have to pay for an Internet upgrade 」

「Room was very dated. Holes in blackout curtains letting light in. Bathroom again dated. Water very slow filling bath, soap out of reach when in bath. Bath towels very soft and big. Tea tray in weird place in wardrobe. Bed very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovley with lots of choice and full English cooked to order. Had a nice overnight stay.」

「チェスター市内で宿泊先を探したのですが、好さげなところは全て一杯だったため、隣り町に在るこのマナハウスを予約しました。料金が低廉だったので、メンテが充分に出来ていないのではないかと心配だったのですが、嬉しい外れでした。設備も庭園も充分に整備されています。浴室の化粧鏡は、風呂やシャワーを使っても曇らないよう、電熱入りだったのには感心しました。レセプショニストの女性も親切でした。強いてケチをつけるなら、夕食のテーブルが、混んでもいないのに、食堂入口脇だった事くらいです。然し、この宿泊料で、これだけのところは、滅多に無いでしょう。」

「Outstanding service levels and very convenient if you're going Cheshire Oaks or even Chester Zoo. Stayed with my family for 1 night and given it's a Holiday Inn, I have zero complaints and would definitely use this hotel again.」

「A lovely and very affordable stay in a nice quiet room! Every inch of the room was pristinely clean and tidy. The reception staff member was very helpful, professional and efficient. The only improvements would be as follows: - A fridge in the room would have been a helpful amenity - The pillows were extremely chunky so maybe an option of a flatter size? - The bins in the car park were overflowing with rubbish - The curtains need to be longer as they let in light all the way along the...

「観光のため１泊滞在しました。地下鉄を降りてすぐの立地でアクセスが良く、歩いて回れる範囲に観光スポットが多数ありました。ビートルズで有名なキャバンクラブやマリーンミュージアム、Tate美術館等どこも徒歩圏内で回れました。また、ホテルにはプールもあり、観光で疲れた体をリフレッシュすることができました。お部屋は広く、バスタブも大きく旅の疲れを癒せました。また、我々が行った時は競馬の重賞レースのあった時期で、きれいなドレス姿の女性が多数いらして、お部屋もほぼ満室状態でしたが、グラスシャンパンのサービスがあったり、従業員のみなさんの対応は常に笑顔で機敏でした。お部屋にもわざわざ不都合はないかと確認の連絡をくれたりしました。リバプールに行った先にはまた泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。」

「Very relaxing break at this lovely hotel&spa.The pool and spa facilities are 5 star -highly recommend.Showers very clean and pool and jacuzzi really good. Things which were oddly missing:safes or mini fridges in the room.Was inconvenient carrying purses around Breakfast though lovely could do with more vegetarian options and fruit/yoghurts etc Staff were lovely from Alison at reception to the staff at the Spa.I would give it a 5 star 」

「No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

「ホテルはとても綺麗で広いし、部屋の内装も可愛いしお値段の割には十分過ぎる設備でした！ ただ、市内への交通手段が限られているおり、アクセスが悪いのは少し良くない点です。 旅行やリバプールの地理に慣れてる人なら大丈夫だと思いますが、素人や外国人はタクシーなどを駆使しないと厳しい感じでした。」

「My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. Breakfast staff seemed embarrassed to have to explain the routine to each table. I mentioned it at...

「比較的安く宿泊でき窓から内海やカモメを見ることができた。朝食も普通に食べることができた。部屋も綺麗で狭くなく落ち着いて滞在できた。スコットランドの言葉が聞きとりづらいと聞いたことがありましたが、普段は主に普通の英語でした。バスルーム（トイレとシャワーと洗面台）に使えるコンセントが見当たらず、日本から数メートルの延長ケーブルを持ってきていたので、部屋の机のコンセントから延ばして何とか使えました。（受付では聞いていないので何か貸してくれるかは不明）」

「Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area.」
