「Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the lighting which was to no fault of the hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and offered a free meal and drinks to compensate. 「レンタカーで旅をしています。慣れない車でトラブルがありホテルのスタッフの方に親切にして頂き感謝してます。小さなホテルで暖かな印象を持ちました。ホテルの内装も外観も古き良きイングリッシュスタイルで豪華ではないが美しいです。朝食はイングリッシュブレックファーストでした。部屋、水回りは清潔ですがやはり狭いですね、」

「What a hell, I had to bear with the loud noise from the bar through the night. Also, the footsteps in the room above were echoing and noisy.」

「Lovely welcome, very much needed after a long drive and a last minute road closure. Room was very clean and well appointed. Let down by the condition of the external door to the room which was a bit scruffy in comparison to the room itself.」

「We absolutely loved every single minute of our stay! Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the view was amazing. The bed was one of the best we have slept in. All of the staff and particularly Rosie were just so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was also amazing, and the outdoor gardens just stunning. We will definitely be back!」
