Good location, poor room cleanliness. Poorly setup check in "desks" - laptops on table with rough looking trailing wires taped to the floor.
Staff other than supervisors do little express any real care about problems - just another day at the work for them, is how it came across.
Rooms had no welcome packs or information on local area, or who to contact should there be problems. You have to use your mobile phone to contact reception staff through the company's main switch board.- which did not work (automated voice message told me to hang up.
Our room had not been hoovered and surfaces not wiped down properly. After complaining the receptist used WhatsApp to message cleaning staff to come and finish cleaning room. They did not attend so complained again and was upgraded to "Executive Suite".
Excutive Suite was cleaner, save for the dirt on the curtains and poorly maintained ceiling in the toilet.
On our second day room look broke - took 5 visits and new keys back and forth from reception, eventually shift manager opened the door using a specially labelled managers key card.
Shift manager upgraded us again to a larger Suite.
This room was clean, but TV in bath did not function, nor did the Bluetooth sound system - would probably be a point of contention if we had paid for this room. And still no welcome packs or information booklets. If I had paid full rates for this Suite I probably would have expected something more special over simply having more space.
