良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
As a family of 6 with a large greyhound, we were very impressed by the size of our standard family room. We were very happy to unexpectedly find a fridge in our room, and the swimming pool kept us all entertained on a very rainy afternoon, plus was very cheap. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Few negative points... mattresses were not the most comfortable, enamel was cracked in the bathroom sink and there was no plug mechanism so sink couldn't be filled. A few springs fell off the fold-out bed when we folded it up (but we didn't need it so wasn't an issue). Also a shame no cot was provided as requested on a phonecall to Britannia call centre, so good job we took ours as a back-up...
All in all, wouldn't hesitate to return :-)
