Incredible value for money. I honestly am just as happy here as in a 5 star hotel. Location is incredible. Rooms are good, staff are so lovely. I’ve stayed here many times and honestly it’s my go to in London.

Room very clean very modern. Staff were brilliant . I use a wheel chair and the main lifts were out of order but staff gave me rear excess key next to there service lift which really helped Only issue i had room was really hot and i had no way adjusting thr temperature in the room which i just had to open the windows but being on 6th floor and having yoing child with me was a worry . The main windows do open all the way they should have a way to stop this as i was worred toleave windows open perhaps a security chain or some style lock

The room was clean and bright. The bed was comfy and on the 8th floor it was nice and quiet. Kitchenette was good and well equipped - bette than I had expected. The corridors to the room were ok but a touch dystopian. As a burly dude I was fine but could be intimidating if you are more vulnerable. The main front lift being broken was a pain as you could only use the back one, which was small and happened to be very far from my room. I was only there one night and things break so it may be fixed by now. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Easy and efficient check in. Excellent clean apartment. Only issue is only one elevator working so long waits to get into the tiny elevator. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The room was clean but the radiators didn’t work and the curtains did fully close. The staff were very obliging though and by 2 one of the two radiators had been fixed. Unfortunately this still left us with a cold bathroom. Otherwise it was a nice little apartment.

Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order.

The apartment offered cozy, well-appointed bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparation easy and convenient. Its location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making travel hassle-free. Plus, having a supermarket only 50 meters away was incredibly convenient for daily essentials. A great choice for both short and extended stays!

Our room was clean and spacious compared to other accommodations we've stayed in in London. We were on the 9th floor and the lift broke between us leaving for the evening and coming back.
