"The Hilton Hawaiian Garden is perfect for anyone going. Perfectly central and the most beautiful walking path along the ocean. The staff amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The Tiki Bar, delicious, upbeat, and a great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Two pools and a great place for families."

"No one TV it never worked. No phone it had no power supply. 3 rolls of toilet paper for a week. Open bottle of tea left in the fridge. Mildew on shower curtain. Old key left under the clock. Not warned that the hotel was under construction. No easy access to pools. Not enough outlets for chargers. "

"I booked our room through Expedia and specifically chose the accessible room with a roll in shower but upon check-in, was offered a shower chair instead. My wife is pregnant so that was supposed to be a non-negotiable but they didn’t actually have that type available, apparently. Also, they are doing major renovations and blocked off a big part of the lobby. The route to the elevator is super weird and dark. The big iconic waterfall part of the pool was closed off too. The pools were really nice and maintained well but they closed the slide early. I think hotels should be required to disclose that they have ongoing renovations underway while booking. It was a nice location and overall nice stay but I wouldn’t stay there again. Thank goodness our room was nice and clean and right by the elevator."

"Loved our stay here! Although the construction at the hotel made it difficult to get from and to the car/room, we ended up just walking through the back and avoided the whole up and down on the elevators and to us, that wasnt a biggie. Loved the accessibility to the pools and outdoors. The room also definitely has all thats needed for a cute beach day which is a plus. Bed is comfy and Michael was more then willing to be helpful in any way. "

"My fiance Maria and I had the most amazing time at our stay at the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort. We had a beautiful room on the third floor that had ocean view and looked out onto the beautiful grassy area next to the Resort. We enjoyed a really nice dinner at the restaurant onsite called Naupaka Terrace where we had the Fish and Chips and Grilled Korean Beef Short Ribs. During the day we spent time at all four pools and I enjoyed the waterslide. Super fun slide!Parking was really easy and close to our room. Every amenity at the Resort was within close proximity to our room and that made for really convenient transitions from one event to another. Megan, Sadie and Jean were so nice at the Front Desk and were always there in case we needed assistance with our room. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back next year. "

"Just barely could see the ocean but the view was still nice. Parking was expensive but so glad we had a car. Would like to have had a tv channel guide not just on the tv which we had to search for. It was nice having a refrig and coffee maker with coffee which was mighty tasty."

"Lovely stay even with all the rain. Ate breakfast everyday at the restaurant and George was our server~we fell in love with him. He was always smiling and so friendly and gave us some great ideas on places to go. All of the staff was very accommodating and friendly. "

"I loved the view from the room and it was pretty clean. It was a little confusing with the private unit inside a resort. Didn’t know we had to request house keeping and take out our own trash but that was no big deal. Biggest complaint on this stay was the door, you had to use a lot of strength to open and close it. Other than that it was great"

"Great views next to the ocean. Communication was easy. The pool area was great. I liked the location for being able to access both sides of the island. The resort was under construction making it hard to get around it. Things broken in the resort caused some inconvenience (ice maker, water filter, door to access our floor). For what we paid it seems reasonable. "
