This was our annual family summer trip to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and spacious for all of our family. "Very comfortable house in a wonderful area with plenty of parking, plenty of household supplies and kitchen amenities -- location is hard to beat, very easy for us to go to many spots in the area and provided wonderful walking to enjoy the views. Host was great - very easy to communicate with and quick to offer any help if needed. Plenty of linens, toiletries, beds, and space to spread out, as well as games,hot tub, and pool and outside toys to play with while there. Kitchen was well equipped...

"This is a great property for a family get together. Plenty of bed options. Bathrooms were well supplied. Lots of things to keep children busy yet enough for the adults to do. We did go to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo Safari but I think the kids enjoyed hanging out at the house the most. The kitchen was fabulous! "

"We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us."

"We had a comfortable stay as a family of 5 in the cozy villa. Our teen son slept on the big couch instead of the rollaway provided as space was a bit tight, but it worked for us. Outdoor patio was excellent! Great neighborhood with a lot of things to do within 5-20 minutes of driving. The hosts were very accommodating. We had a great time there!"

"It’s right on the boardwalk and just near main street Santa Clara. You are walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, mini market and to the north is PB or to the South to Belmont with the rollercoaster, a gym, shops and activities. With 8 bedrooms and all are king beds, one full plus a pullout if needed."
