「Cute little apartment in close proximity to where we needed to be. The mop & bucket were left in the kitchen, there were no trash bags, no central air, no hand towels and the upstairs people were loud running back and forth at all times of the night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and all the appliances worked. Need more outlets in the kitchen. 」

「I kind of want to keep this place to myself but then that wouldn’t be fair! Great location. I love that it has parking in a garage. Wonderful accommodations. The king size bed is glorious. We were in San Diego when an earthquake happened and Ignat called and checked on us. Check in and check out process seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to return!」

「Overall enjoyed our stay very much! Cozy house, nice backyard space, comfortable bed, great sunrise view, AMAZING shower. Cons: parking IS an issue, after about 4-5pm, you may have to walk up to a half mile. The dining room walls are pretty dusty, chair seats stained. And the bed is next to a window, that gets sunrise beam of light-no curtain.」

「Beautiful place and neighborhood. Only draw back is parking can be tricky and a bit of a walk. Home is excellent and great communication with the host and needs. Short commute to balboa park and beaches. 」

「Great place especially for a larger family or group for such a good price! My kids loved it. A lot to do closeby. Great communication with owner. Loved that it was pet friendly too! Did feel like we had to be quiet so kinda stressed me out since people above and below. And we happened to go on street sweeping days so parking was difficult so just be mindful of that- I think it’s Monday and Tuesday. 」

"It was a very good hotel with excellent facilities and service. The room was clean, and the gym equipment was also great. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, and a large mall nearby, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The service provided by Natalie, who served us, was excellent and left a very good impression"
