"The room smelled very strongly of Febreeze and left me coughing all night long. The hotel felt very dusty and tired. The carpets in the hallways must be 30 years old, The entire property needs an upgrade and facelift. $40 to self park is also absurd. The “balcony” in the balcony rooms is more like a ledge. "

"Rooms are noisy voices go in and out, view is good on city side but you hear vehicles noises all night. Car parking is no free they charge you for that "

"Clean and nice room, right by the pool with a great hot tub. Very nice staff. Pretty central when you are in San Diego. "

"Staff was great - room was clean , but breakfast / courtyard area needs a cleaning - pressure wash - a table cleaner at breakfast would be nice "

"Loved the water station. Hot tub was good temp. Breakfast was delicious! We especially enjoyed the manager’s special. The staff were accommodating and so friendly. My only complaint is the near constant presence of people trying to trick us into a time share. "

"It was okay for the 3 days we stayed. However our phone didnt work and and we didn't have a shower curtain and the pillows were hard as a rock. Things i could work around for 3 days. When going to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain i mentioned that we were on a time schedule but nobody came to give us one. I had to find a cleaning lady and she came right away. I also mentioned our phone didnt work to the front desk and the girl looked at me with a blank stare, no response. I asked a question to another girl about something else and she answered but no eye contact So all and all it was ok but staff (other then the cleaning lady) need much more customer service training. I wish i was a secret shopper lol. They would have failed!! "
