"Rooms are noisy voices go in and out, view is good on city side but you hear vehicles noises all night. Car parking is no free they charge you for that "

I paid extra for balcony, balcony handle was broken, no repair done, they just drilled screws to shut the balcony door permanently, no air… Exposed electric wires by jacuzzi. Broken light hanging inside pool. Sun shades hanging unsecured and dangling. I got a room upgrade to double beds room 502, a room that shared elevator wall, had to hear it all night. Overall bad experience for my family get away. Breakfast 👎 "
