"Arrived to find the whole place under major construction. Was initially given a tiny room under the stairs next to the office, that smelled heavily of mildew and had banging from construction directly overhead. Was moved to a different room only after a long discussion with a rude and unhelpful staff person. The new room had less noise, but no overhead lights and only one small lamp, so had to use my phone light. On our second afternoon of a 3-night stay, we found there was absolutely no hot water. Let the staff know and they said they'd send someone to fix it. It was not fixed until the next morning, but was out again by that evening and never fixed, so we had to take ice-cold showers. Additionally, the advertised pool is not on or even near the property; it's a block away. The room was also never cleaned or serviced during our stay, so we had to go ask at the desk when we needed towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Overall, this was a deeply terrible stay at a very high price point."

"We had a great stay for our family of 3. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing room with a view of the pool and beach. It was great to have access directly to the boarwalk from the pool area. The location was pretty un-beatable. Lots of restaurants as well as a grocery store a block away. We took Uber many times from our hotel and pickup was always super easy (next to the fire station). Rooms were clean and bright and very comfortable. Staff was always feiendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plus. The waffle maker was the highlight but there were plenty of other options as well. Pool was heated as well so that was great. Other families were staying as well and eveyone seemed to have enough space to enjoy their time. They even provide towels and toys to enjoy at the beach. The big plus was being able to leave lugguge after checkout because we had a late evening flight. They allowed us to stay and use the pool and restrooms until we had to leave which saved us a lot of headache. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend."

"Overall great place to stay. Parking was ample, staff was friendly and late checkout was free. Night clubnext door was loud until about 10 or 1030, and room view was of a parking lot, but room smelled great and lobby was decorated very cute and included a cafe for convenience. Pool had great view of the beach and we were but steps from the sand. Coffee maker didnt work in the room, but with so many great places to walk to, we didnt mind. "

"Not all the tv channels worked. Did say something and nobody came and fixed it. Angel at the front desk during check in was very nice. Wasn't a fan of having to ask for a hair dryer. There is room for it. Could also put microwaves in the rooms. Too inconvenient to have to go down and use the one in the lobby. I will stay here again. Great access to the beach."

"They charge $10 plus tax for parking with no guarantee that you will have a parking spot. We had to park on the street overnight when we returned from dinner but still had to pay the parking fee. We were assigned room 115 which is literally right off of the street. It is outside of all security gates to the property. The only thing separating us from everyone walking on the sidewalk is the door to our room. Not ideal for a restful night of sleep. Paid $250+ with Hotels.com advance reservation. Not worth it."
