"Our stay was wonderful couldn't ask for a better location. The Apt. was comfortable, clean with all the comforts of home. You cannot beat the views off the deck and it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent from Gina & Mary. Mary gave us a warm welcome on arrival and tour. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!"

"Great location for the money. Literally one block to the sands and ocean. One short block to Belmont Park with tons of rides. Less than a block to the shops and restaurants and a Starbucks Nextdoor! Lol. Mission Bay was right across the street and has a little park. The condo itself was small but very cute with a cute patio, very clean. Only downside is no parking which the information said, and no ocean views, but for the money that was fine because it was so close to everything. The neighbors...

"We loved the location and property. We were disappointed with the neighbors. Not so sure what side of the building but they were loud. One morning fighting at 6:30 a.m. and the singing at the top of his lungs with a guitar. Then one evening/morning 1:00 or so loud with their antic that we had to sleep on the couches and close all the windows. The one other early morning with a loud stereo and tv. I usually can sleep through anything, but not these two."

"Disappointing first impression (wide-angle photos make the property look bigger than it is, and it's right on an alleyway with garbage cans). But it was great having a nice kitchen and nice bedrooms, lots of towels, nice areas to hang out both inside and out, grill, gas fire pit. So nice being close to the ocean, the bay, and nice cafes and restaurants. Close to beach yoga and rentals of bikes and surf boards. REALLY enjoyed our stay!"

great stay, very clean
"We had a fabulous time. The hotel is on the older side, but that did not affect the stay at all. The mattress was great. Multiple options of pillows. Room had fridge, safe, iron, and hair drier. We got a room with balcony bayside, beautiful views. Room was made up every day. Pool clean with towels available. Staff friendly and helpful, my son went up to our room with all keys while we were at the pool and the desk got me an extra one. Coffee cart was great. Wish they had a restaurant, but Claim Jumper shares space with them. Not my favorite restaurant but still good food. Only negative is that the bathrooms don't have vents, but the water was very hot, everything in working order and clean, so it didn't matter too much."
