「Nice apartment in a vintage building. Great quiet neighborhood, with easy walking to SD Trolley, restaurants and bars. Great host!」

「Checkout time was very early, 10 AM. I find that much too early for a check out , it should be 11 AM. I will asked for a later check out and was declined. The ocean view was lovely… But it will not be as nice in the future as they are building a building next-door. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people walking around above me and the conversation that the people love me. Location is excellent.」

「We had a lovely stay at this property for a week and a half this April. The apartment was quiet, well furnished, and included everything we needed for a perfect stay. The king-size bed was comfortable and there was an air conditioner and a ceiling fan in the bedroom that kept the temperature very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen had all the accessories that we needed to do some light cooking and store left overs. The apartment is decorated very nicely and everything was very clean and...

「The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!」
