"The staff members are very helpful. When I talked to them the pillows are a little bit firm to me because I like the very soft pillows they quickly brought me two down filled softer pillows to me. The room is very clean and the garden view is so beautiful. We all felt comfortable and relaxed when we were leaving at The Dana. Thanks for your best service! We will be back when we visit San Diego next time."

"Room was renovated and clean. Bed and bedding were great. The bathroom door was super hard to open and close. Bathrooms need some renovation but overall good hotel. Proximity to Torrey Pines is priceless. Staff was super nice and helpful. "
