"Clean room, great location."

"While paying full price for the area, the main lobby was closed for renovations, finding the check in area was not clearly marked. We were then informed the elevators were being changed and we would be on the 3rd floor. Entrance to the stairs was not found until opening a few different doors to the trash disposal. Upon arriving in the room, the bathroom floor was so sticky I had to rinse off the residue from my shoes. The tv did not work, the air condition was exceptionally loud and towards the end of its life, while waking up to construction every morning. In addition, the pool and hot tub were closed. "

"This condo has the perfect location for accessibility to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, and access to a pool that is clean, uncrowded, and very pleasant. Our grandchildren, son and his wife, and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable week. Check-in and check-out was very streamlined, with keyless entry, and Mimi responded instantly to questions. Beds are comfortable, condo is in a quiet location. It is well-stocked with beach toys and wagon, lifejackets for the kids, games, etc. Kids loved the foosball table! Thank you, Mimi, for providing us with priceless memories of our stay near San Diego. "

"Our entire experience at this property was exceptional. The view of spectacular the property meet and tidy, and just a short walk from the beach and wonderful small restaurants. Our host was beyond gracious in his flexibility with our plans and his responsiveness in communication. The check-in experience is a little complex but very well laid out in the documentation. The parking facility underneath this property is probably the most safe and cleanest I’ve ever seen. We left our bedroom door wall to the balcony open each night, and I cannot remember a time I have slept more soundly as we listened to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach below. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom was wonderful and we would absolutely return to this place to stay again while visiting our daughter at Camp Pendleton. Thanks again Fred for everything and we sincerely appreciate all of your flexibility with our travel plans and our amazing stay in Solana Beach. "

"While the property itself was absolutely fantastic and we truly enjoyed the home, our overall experience was overshadowed by several issues and a lack of communication. During our stay, we only had hot water available in half of the house. Specifically, we were unable to use the master shower or the secondary shower on the top floor. While the home itself was beautiful and still livable, it was disappointing not to be able to fully use the property as intended.I do understand that issues can arise that are beyond anyone’s control. However, when we received notice regarding a gas issue and potential shutoff, the situation became very stressful. When I called to get clarification, I was told—abruptly—that our reservation had been canceled. There was no explanation, no discussion, and no offer to assist us in finding alternative accommodations.Each time I was able to speak with someone, I was simply told “I’m sorry,” and when I asked to speak with management, I was assured someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Each interaction left us more concerned that our reservation would be canceled, and we would have nowhere to go.Given that this occurred during spring break, finding last-minute accommodations would have been nearly impossible. After our stay, I sent 2 emails asking to discuss our stay with management and again received no response from the property management team. The extreme lack of communication was and is so disappointing. "
