My stay was really comfortable, the check-in process was really easy. The service there was great and the hotel was maintained and clean. Its a close driving distance to One Paseo and a lot of restaurants and the beach. They're also kid-friendly and the restaurant had good food. Thank you!

Nice place with good location. Clean, updated and the staff were great. They kind of get you for everything though, including $35 for parking, $4.50 for a coffee in the morning and a $30 breakfast buffet. Beers are $10-$12. The outdoor area is nice with gas, fire pits, a nice hot tub and a comfortable courtyard. The rooms and beds are excellent.

Big hotel make sure you figure out the best place to park to gain access in and out of your room otherwise you’re gonna be going for a long walks in hallways that are unnecessary. The staff were great upon check in however both nights we could hear people walking in the room above us late into the night and we found toenail clippings on the carpet next to the bed from the previous guest. The breakfast was delicious and the waitstaff excellent. They need to put some sound proofing into the building you can hear the neighbors bathroom fan and they allow dogs and some dogs in the room down the hall barked a lot.

Unfortunately the AC was broken in a few units for both nights we stayed. That really did interrupt our sleep, and the poor technician was running around to all of these rooms trying to fix. I asked for a tea bag from the front desk (they only leave one in your room on night 1) and I was charged for that; which I found to be crazy considering the cost to stay there. No coffee out for guests in the AM (most hotels offer it complimentary ) The hotel itself was nice and clean. Beautiful rooms and pool. Good location!

The staff was courteous and the hotel was accessible to the freeway, however, the bathroom smelled dingy/wet/moldy from the moment we arrived until checkout. We tolerated it but it was not an ideal situation. Also, I felt $35 for parking was a bit much.

The staff was very nice here. I only had two issues, one being $35 to self-park (vs. $40 for valet), and the other was the strong bleach smell in the first room we were given. After about 15 minutes, my wife and I noticed our eyes were burning so I requested a room change, which was accommodated quickly. Beyond that, property was clean and amenities were good. Friends who stayed there told me they paid $30 per breakfast which is pretty steep.
