Had some issues with the tv and the phone and WiFi no cellular service put us on the bottom floor like a basement. No elevators was really rough getting everything down and up with the stairs check-in time was at 4pm check out time is at 10am no exceptions also, our hot tub had something disgusting coming out once we turn on the Jets. There is a resort fee of 150$ nonrefundable that was not aware of also a $300 deposit that returns in seven days for incidentals
