「The host was welcoming and responsive. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Location wise - it was 15 minutes away from anything we wanted to do in San Diego (beaches, old town, coronado).」

「The VRBO listing for this property is essentially fraud. The photos and description are not accurate. The pros- The shower is hot with good pressure. The neighborhood behind this property is lovely to walk through. The cons- This run-down property basically overlooks a freeway on-ramp. The hot tub is in shambles with a shredded top. The kitchen faucet is falling off and has reversed hot/cold. The stove is missing nobs. All the windows are inoperable. The “AC” is a mobile unit in the living room...

「If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, lived in family home for your San Diego stay on a budget this is the home for you. Our family was in SD for a US Marine Corps family day/graduation ceremony at MCRD and this home was near shopping and easy access to freeways. Our party of 8 was very happy staying here. Kitchen, bedrooms, living room, BBQ grill were all utilized, however this home could use a refresh and a little TLC. Owner was very responsive to our questions. 」

「This was a perfect place for us! The hosts were flexible as our plans changed and we felt welcome to the home when we arrived. The location was great, so easy to get off and on the interstate. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us. Parking right outside the door, every evening (which in San Diego is not always guaranteed!). We will stay here again!」

Walking to great coffee shops and Little Italy is very walkable as well. So much great food, shopping, hiking and sight seeing. Definitely recommend this VRBO for friends or family trip. We could have confortably slept 8. 」
