「Location and the views! The house is an easy drive to everything in San Diego. The backyard was perfect for our kids and you couldn’t beat the views. The host was very communicative and welcoming also. 」

「We had an amazing stay! Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Brent and Carla were very responsive to any questions. My wife and 12 month old stayed for 3 nights and we had everything we needed. The house is also very baby friendly!」

「My family really enjoyed this place. My kids wanted to live in a 2-story house and dream came true! The only thing that was downside was that not all beds were queen size, which didn't match the description. 」

「Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.」

「Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement.」

「Well this isn’t our first stay here we always come back a few times a maybe 5-or 6 times a year. But if it’s available it is always our first choice. It’s comfy and cozy and quiet neighborhood. The owners are super responsive and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you.If your looking for a place that won’t disappoint Alma and David definitely won’t disappoint 」
