I reserved a queen bed and got a single double bed with a parking lot view. They sent several emails about being a VIP member and how they would give us water and upgrade our room, none of which happened. Vallet parking was difficult because there was not enough room to pull up to do it. The room was super small. It was manageable for one night but that was it. The bed was hard as a rock and had the smallest pillows, no pillow top as advertised and the pillows seemed as though they were just pillow cases (square which was weird) with sheets shoved inside. Poor quality bedding.

Wonderful staff and great little bar/restaurant.

The outside looks old and needs some attention but the inside was great.

Perfect view of the ocean! The room was very clean! The grounds are absolutely beautiful!

Hotel was mostly fine. Staff were friendly, location good for visiting SDSU. Unfortunately there was an AC unit running constantly outside my window generating a lot of noise and vibration at all times.
