「The hotel is very conveniently located across from the Kaseya Center. Hotel staff are very nice, and communication via text for assistance is very convenient. Elevators are only accessible with key card and they only provide access to one’s floor and amenities which is an excellent safety measure. Overall very positive stay, and will book again. Thank you.」

「Loved, loved, loved! Walking distance to whatever you need- food, stores, gas station, and best of, all the beach! The property itself was impeccable. Amenities were great. Everything inside was clean and ready for us and smelled very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was clear and quick. We booked the 2 bedroom unit. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Sunny Isles Beach with a bigger group. Highly recommend!」

「I had a delightful and cozy experience during my stay at Sunset Inn. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, complete with a small kitchenette. The location is fantastic, with numerous restaurants and quaint shops within easy walking distance. While parking is off-site, it’s just around the corner and conveniently close to the inn. If I have the opportunity to return to South Miami, I would certainly choose to stay here again.」

「We have stayed at this property for 3 nights and wished we had more time. The location was fantastic …right on the river, walkable to Las Olas Blvd. What we loved most about the apartment were the large windows and incredible views of the river and boats passing by. The apartment was very spacious and our teenagers appreciated their own beds in their own room. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool at the property was great as well and we also took advantage of the laundry...

「The areas on the rise so you have to be reasonable on it. However the apartment was newly renovated and man was i impressed. The floor had me wanting to redo my tile in my house upon return. 」

"レイトチェックアウトが18時迄認めてもらえたのは最高。一方電動シェードが不動、トイレ流しのノブが取れかかっている事、コンプリメントの水が無いのは時によっては1000ドル超えるホテルとしては頂けない。また個人的に固形石鹸が無いのも好きでは無い。要するに1000ドル級なら落第に近いがイベント特別価格（300ドルクラス）なら我慢出来る"

"フォートローダーデールにフォーポインツは複数あるので、空港や港に着いたら、住所をよく確認してください。レストランはありますが、少人数で対応しているし、品数も少ないです。徒歩10分くらいのところにいくつかお店がありますが、夜はちょっと出るのがたいへんかも。車だったらすぐです。部屋は清潔で、居心地がよかったです。"
