"First, check in time is at 3pm. Got there at 5pm, still wasn't allowed in for a while because of cleaning still taking place. But ok, next the listing doesn't say anything about tenants living in part of the house, so yeah that was a nice surprise! Overall the house was nice, clean and remodeled. Day two of the stay, got hit with an extra 600 party fee the morning of my girlfriend's outdoor birthday gathering... are watching.
