「First, check in time is at 3pm. Got there at 5pm, still wasn't allowed in for a while because of cleaning still taking place. But ok, next the listing doesn't say anything about tenants living in part of the house, so yeah that was a nice surprise! Overall the house was nice, clean and remodeled. Communication was ok, accommodations need TLC even thought recently updated. Also, this is a shared unit, which may not bother some but shared access not separate entrances. 「Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!」
