I can’t imagine telling your guests to not use the facilities provided, the day of check in! A very large cockroach the moment upon entering was quite offputting. Communication was ok, accommodations need TLC even thought recently updated. Also, this is a shared unit, which may not bother some but shared access not separate entrances.
