This special place is nested in a tranquil area and close to many points of interest, making it a perfect beach stay.

You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along.

You will have access to the entire place., including:

- 2 Queen beds, 1 Full sofa bed.
- 1 kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and
- 1 cozy dining/living room.

This unit is connected to another unit by a locked interior door, similar to hotels with connecting rooms.
Both units are fully private, with separate entrances and no shared spaces.
The door is always locked on both sides and cannot be accessed by guests in either unit.

This reservation includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.

The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.

The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area.
