"Service was amazing. Location is perfect. I had to have a room change due to a non-working toilet, but it was swift and smooth. Space is clean. Beautiful view to the Castillo and Parque de Chapultepec from the restaurant on 10th floor. You do have to pay for Parking and they do not tell you upfront. ..."…""Service was amazing. "There was only one thing we had an issue with and that was the internet. The connection went in and out which made it a bit hard to work. I loved everything about this hotel- everything!
