"Excelente servicio y amabilidad de todos los colaboradores del hotel. Agradezco el gesto del upgrade que recibí por estar celebrando mi cumpleaños y los detalles extras que hicieron por mi cumpleaños. Lo que no me gustó es que estando en un 47 piso se escuchaba el ruido de la calle a media noche, y eso que duermo con tapones de oido. Además, tuvimos un pequeño incidente sobre la desaparición de una colonia Jo Malone que no lograron resolver. La última noche volvió a llover y hubo una filtración de agua por las cortinas y se escuchaba el ruido de la gotera. Excelente ubicación del hotel pero muy traficado y ruidoso."

"Me and my partner stayed there for 5 nights and had the most amazing experience, the girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful and we ate breakfast there a couple times what was simple and tasty, the next time I come back to Mexico City I will be staying here again Thank you again for a wonderful stay 😁"

The location is premium and near to everything you want to see but what makes this place HIGHLY EXCEPTIONAL is the high level of service and attention you will receive from the staff.
