「There were so many things wrong with my stay. My biggest issue was the lack of communication between hotel staff with one another and myself as the guest. This hotel was a walk up. I had a disabled leg and couldn’t walk properly, they had me on a 5th floor walk up. And NEVER bothered to accommodate me in changing my room to a ground floor. So for an entire 4 day trip, I had to limp and hobble up 5 flights of stairs. I asked every day for accommodations or support and they constantly brushed me...

Da a la calle y la sala solo tiene cortinas traslúcidas, por la noche uno queda en vitrina. La higiene bien en su mayoria, pero no era lo que decia el anuncio que pagamos y costo muchisimo tener comuycon el lugar que fuera rápida respuesta.」

「Absolutely incredible stay in the heart of Condesa. Cholula Hotel is quiet, clean, spacious and relaxing. We especially loved our little patio, A/C unit, daily turndown service, unlimited Nespresso pods 😋 and helpful staff. Would absolutely stay again every time we're in Mexico City. Thank you!!」

「共有の洗濯機・乾燥機があるのが助かる。ホットタブつきの部屋にしましたが、まさか屋外にバスタブがあるとは思いませんでした。メキシコでは普通なのかもしれませんが外国人にとっては屋外にあると表記してほしかった。」

「Very loud noises come from lobby and can hear throughout the night. Random alarms woke us up several nights in a row. 」

「There is so much to say about this hotel! One of the most wonderful hotels. The staff is kind, helpful always with a smile. The restaurant is beyond exceptional. Food was fantastic. It’s perfectly located to restaurants, cafes, the park, incredible location. I have never given a hotel a rating and I was so impressed with my entire stay that I couldn’t give them all 5 ⭐️」
