「We had a wonderful stay here, we especially loved the location and that there was 24/7 security, and a rooftop to enjoy. It is important to note that there are no elevators and no A/C at this hotel. The rooftop for breakfast is on the 5th floor, with steep and winding stairs, so beware of this. A fan was provided in the room, which was perfect in September but I can imagine it difficult to stay here in the summer heat. Overall enjoyed the stay and the workers! Just don’t recommend for...

「Fantastic from start to finish. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was amazing, kind, and attentive. Would definitely come back and recommend.」

「Great location in Condesa neighborhood, right next to Parque México. Super walkable and safe area. Staff was friendly and accommodating- English speaking if needed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel was delicious and had the best espresso martini! Only complaint is the A/C unit had a musty smell when first turned on」

「Bien ubicada. Pero pagamos mas para tener en teoria el cuarto con balcon y nos dieron uno en recepción, pequeño, con mucha olor a humedad y cero privacidad. Da a la calle y la sala solo tiene cortinas traslúcidas, por la noche uno queda en vitrina. La higiene bien en su mayoria, pero no era lo que decia el anuncio que pagamos y costo muchisimo tener comuycon el lugar que fuera rápida respuesta.」

「Very loud noises come from lobby and can hear throughout the night. Random alarms woke us up several nights in a row. 」
