「We LOVED our stay. Our host Diego and his team was accommodating, kind and quick to respond to any of our needs. I had an issue with the safe and hair dryer and they resolved it quickly and professionally. I felt really cared for! It was safe, large, comfortable (those beds were incredible) - everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mexico City. 」

「We really liked our stay at Hotel Luca. The best feature was the included, excellent little breakfast on the 5th floor terrace that comes with coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and great chilaquiles (or great pancakes if you prefer). It's a nice way to start a day exploring the city. The location is central. In addition to being in the middle of the Roma area and near dozens of good restaurants and cafes, you can also walk to Condessa and the park/museum, and to Centro. The room was clean and...

「メトロバス1番線のInsurgentes 駅からほど近く分かりやすくてとても便利。部屋の広さは2人に充分です。ただ、大通りに面してるのと壁が薄いので、夜通し騒音か響くことがあります。気になる人は眠れないかもしれません。もう一つ、湯沸かしポットがあればいいなと思いました。（コーヒーメーカーで代用するのかもしれません）」

「部屋や施設は基本的には清潔でした。コンビニや飲食店も近くにあり便利です。 しかし、クローゼットの中のブランケットを使用しようとしたところ明らかに複数回使用済みの状態で、体毛やゴミがたくさん付いており、ベッドに広げただけでシーツまで汚れました。驚いてフロントのスタッフに相談したところ、全てのシーツの取り替えと新しいブランケットを提供してもらえたのでありがたかったですが、体験としては良くなかったです。その場でマネージャーに動画や写真で報告もされていたので、今後は改善されるものと期待します。 また、ランドリーマシンは数がたくさんあり、無料で使えるので便利でした。」
