"Hotel is modest and good for the price, the location is fantastic for food and shops. Rooms are small if you are sharing with family. We were 3 people in a double bed and seemed a bit cramped. Overall a good hotel."

"The hotel was conveniently located near several places to shop and eat. It was clean and had kitchen equipment available, which made it easy to prepare something if needed. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, since it wasn’t very varied and it was the same every day."

"NOT a five star. More like a 1.5 star. Reminded me of a dirty dorm. With the exception of JJ the bellman, staff is rude and unhelpful. When we found disgusting clumps of hair in our bathroom we changed rooms. Another loud room with cheap and old furniture that showed signs of water damage. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. You get one skimpy unwashed blanket. Towels were very thin and threadbare with holes. Flimsy door without a deadbolt or extra lock made us feel very unsafe since the lobby is not secured. We left after one night despite having prepaid for three more. I’m very disappointed that this hotel is portrayed as something it’s not."

"Considering the price and location, I was initially willing to overlook minor issues. However, this experience raised serious safety concerns that I feel obligated to share. When I woke up in the morning, I noticed that the security latch on my door was in a different position from how I had left it. After checking carefully, it appeared that the door lock had been opened. I am certain that I locked the door the night before. Even if I hadn’t (which I did), I would never leave the security latch in that position — I always secure it flat. To double-check, I recreated the situation myself. After locking the latch securely and attempting to open the door from inside, I closed it again. The latch ended up in the exact same position as I found it in the morning. I reported this to the front desk and asked about reviewing the security footage. I was told that there was no footage available, and then that only the manager could access it. I was informed the manager would not be available until the next day, after my check-out. What concerns me most is the lack of clear communication and urgency regarding a potential safety issue. For this price and area, the hotel may seem like a reasonable option, but I strongly encourage future guests to ensure their security latch is properly engaged and to remain cautious. "
