"The check in front desk was wonderful!!! Nayeli was a sweetheart and explained everything about the resort so clearly!! Our room appeared clean however the moment we opened the refrigerator a horrible stench came out and there was old room service food in there. We called front desk and they said we would have to wait over an hour for someone to come clean the refrigerator. Other than that and the fact the golf carts left me waiting for quite some time was a little bothersome, aside from that the resort is beautiful the service at the restaurants was superb it is hands down the best Pueblo bonito resort and the food is delicious very well worth the all inclusive will definitely be coming back"

"Clean, nice decor, good food. Nice outdoor seating with large TV screen- great to watch the World Cup. Evening entertainment is mid. Lights are unceremoniously switched Off like a dormitory in every public area at 11:00 p.m. so one is not able to gather and chat after 11:00 p.m. unless in your rooms. Also, do not use the transportation option called Destinations as it is very unreliable and you may find yourself stranded and having to pay for a taxi or Uber to and from the airport"

"We just got back from this beautiful resort and I give it a 10/10! Amazing staff and some of the warmest and sweetest people I have ever met! Fell in love with Irma at the Buffett! She is just absolutely the best! Entertainment staff is so great with the family and so very interactive! The food was really good cannot really complain…literally there is a little bit of everything! The grounds of the hotel is breathtaking…I just couldn’t get enough! Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel! Rooms were a little bit dated but really don’t care! I didn’t come to spend my time in the room!!! The bed is very comfortable and best pillows! Thank you Riu for yet another amazing trip filled with memories!! Also if you’re trying to do some excursions definitely go talk to Martin Arnold who is associated with Grey Line! He helped us with 3 days of very fun and exciting excursions!! We will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, pools were the absolute best part of the trip!! Food was not as good as I expected from a Rosewood and I just wish it had a swim-able beach. Spa was awesome, kids club/nannies were just the very best and the speak-easy was AMAZING! Highly recommend!"
