「Would have been nice to have our room cleaned , but maybe they do not work Sundays ? No room clean, towel change or bed made, not the end of the world, but at these prices 100% expected, doors all slam in the property asthere are no door weights to hold any doors, the web site made it look like you had your own hot tub, you do not at all, its shared with all other guests! 「We stayed for 2 nights in the family room which had a lovely comfortable king size bed, ensuite with large walk in shower and air con which was a God send. Very clean and quiet. The staff are lovely, food and drinks reasonably priced, breakfast choices good. The beer garden needs some attention but is secure if you have children or a dog. Steep stairs to the rooms which were a bit difficult with our elderly dog but over all a great stay. Please note, although very dog friendly they do charge...

「Functional stop over location breaking up journey to Cornwall. AC wasn't working in one room. Staff said it was fixed after we had been out for dinner, but it hadn't and either they didn't know how to fix it or were more tolerant of the heat. Also it's an absolute cheek that the hotel charges you to stay in the car park when it's clear everyone will need to drive to it and there's nothing else there. Other than that it was average.」

「Set in a lovely building and village with beautiful views. Really recommend. Rooms a little bit tired but did not ruin our stay as it was a great base. Mexican restaurant, bar and outside space was lovely. There is a local shop and some pubs within walking distance in the village too. Close to Yeovil etc. Would definitely stay again. Thank you」

「今回で2回目です。スタッフの方はいつも全員感じが良く、夕食ギリギリの時間に到着しましたが対応してくださいました。ボロネーゼのパスタがすごく美味しく感動しました。 施設は古いですが清潔に保たれておりベッドも寝心地がよく快適です。朝食も美味しく駅の目の前で便利です。毎回Tauntonに行く時は利用する予定です。」

「We had a room on the front, no air, room not aired, constant road noise all through the night. Mattress stained, carpet stained. Tables sticky in the restaurant - avoided breakfast.」

「Hotel was in good condition, however one of the lights for bedtime reading was blown and the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied, but for one night, it was ok. Food was not the best both breakfast and evening. Breakfast hot food was barely warm and evening was the same after waiting 30mins after ordering and only being us and another couple dining. There was a restaurant next door however they fill up fast and had no spaces for us, hence eating in the hotel. In review....book the restaurant next...
