「This rental is in the perfect spot. We really liked that it was walking distance to the grocery store and that Centro, with it's food carts and vendors, was really close by.We found it to be a nice secure building with access to it, and your unit, via fingerprint. That worked for some in our party but not others so you may end up having to carry a card. The elevators open directly into your apartment but you do share the elevator with the unit across from you. They can't access your unit but...

「We stayed for the first time in Bucerias and this condo. Our host was super, he made sure we were looked after with the property manager and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. The condo (at the time of our stay in Feb 2024) was basically new. We had everything we needed, full kitchen with lots of pots, frying pans, utensils, cutlery, etc. The only thing missing was a cork screw which we bought and left behind for the next guests. The beds were great, air conditioning was nice...

「Had a really nice stay here. It's a clean modern unit with pretty much everything you need (true to photos) and no hassles. We messaged about one minor issue/question and it was resolved swiftly. The beds are really comfy! There is highway and ocean noise in the bedrooms but they supply white noise machines if that works for you. It is car dependent in this area, but Ubers/In Drive was often very cheap (like 3cdn) to Bucerias so as long as you're okay to wait a few mins for a car it's just fine....

「We came to Sayulita for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay at the Florence. The walk up the street is a good work out but getting a golf cart was a nice choice. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the patio on top was great on breezy cool evenings. From the top patio we saw many parrots flying from tree to tree, they were a noisy bunch and very cute. Great accommodations!」

「We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was very close (right next to an amazing coffee shop) and personally we loved the steps back to return (got in an extra workout). The condo grounds were very nice & everyone was so nice. Sayulita was such an amazing fun town! We especially loved getting fresh produce 2 blocks down, drinks on the beach & best ever shrimp tacos. We had a few hiccups during the trip but they were managed well. I would have loved a water...
