"It was an amazing stay at MorinoUta. We chose buffet at dinner but it was one of the best buffets ever. Atmosphere and facilities are also great. I definitely visit there again. This hotel was an excellent value for money."

"Beautiful rooms. Highly attentive surface. Clean and modern gym. Only gripe is that they should connect guest to better options to get to airport vs. providing the local bus schedule. Proactively offer to connect to taxis and car service."

The onsen water was the best we’d had on our trip, even though the onsen area isn’t pretty we’re glad we used it and didn’t go to one of the big ones. The rules and many emails on how to behave was overkill. We live in Japan so understand social rules and how to treat accommodation. Lots of threats on being charged if we did X or Y. I ignored them after the first few.
The building is old and the apartment is not spotless but the kitchen worked and the price was excellent for the Jozankei area. Again, the onsen water and the view in the morning was worth it. 6th floor. "
